Design & build of dedicated precision bending equipment used for medium to high volume production. Diameters between 3/16" & 1". Manual, semi or fully-automatic machines are designed using 3 dimensional software, with programmable logic controllers to control either pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. Can incorporate multiple stations that may include end forming, hole piercing & bending stations. Transfer systems can be used to combine multiple stations into a single part processing system.
